Both providers of outsourcing services and the clients who utilize the services have a role to play in this reinvention.

Unlike other business services which may be simply transactional or project based, successful outsourcing entails a deep partner relationship between the provider and the client organizations. Such ‘partnerships’ require full openness and honesty in the relationship.  We are early adopters of Vested Outsourcing approaches and endorse its use.

Both parties must be prepared to take risks as well as share in the spoils of success together. For many outsource relationships today, this is not the case. It is this lack of willingness to partner that creates challenges for this industry in the future.
